WALKING IN WISDOM

March 31, 2024

Topic : Giving Thought

Proverbs 14:8 'The wisdom of the prudent is to give thought to their ways, but the folly of fools is deception.' (KJV)

One of the intricacies of life is (thought). The word thought as used in this context comes from a Hebrew word 'Bene' which means, 'Diligently regard, consider carefully, to understand.'

One of life's biggest puzzles is to give thought to one's ways. Scripture says, 'the wisdom of the wise is to give thought to their ways.' This means, it's wisdom to understand your ways.

You simply can never walk in wisdom if you do not give thought to your ways.

The poor are so because they never consider that their lack of ambition will bring them into want some day. The confused are so because they did not consider their lack of answers; that it would get them staggering.

Therefore, if a man must be called wise and walk in wisdom; he ought to give thought to what he does.
