Topic : Cultivating A Pure Mind

Titus 1:15 “Unto the pure all things are pure; but unto them that are defiled and unbelieving is nothing pure; but even their mind and conscience is defiled.” (KJV)

It is important in life to carry a mind that is pure in all things, because this is the true state in which God created man. Life was meant to be lived as God intended it to be, never corrupted with human wisdom. There is a reason why God set certain things to be seen the way they are.

The verse shows us that if you maintain this attitude in life, everything will stay pure, but if you twist your understanding of life, then everything will become to you defiled. This ought to be the disposition of every believer.

You know a man who knows God by how well he preserves truth.

When a man’s spirit preserves truth as it is handed down through scripture, that man has seen God.
