Topic : Let The Tares Grow 2

Matthew 13:24 “Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field: But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way.” (KJV)

In life, certain people have woken up to uninvited circumstances in their life. These range from sicknesses, to bad decisions, to all sorts of unwanted experiences and most can not trace how they found themselves in those places. They know that’s not where they ought to be but they cannot seem to figure out how they stand there in the first place.

Well, the verses tell us why. For most people, a little slumber in spiritual things can bring certain experiences. Those who are not vigilant in prayer to continually sharpen their faith in God, give way to the enemy planting tares in their life.

Spiritual fervency is the secret weapon of staying truly guarded from the enemy's devices.

A maturing Christian has learnt to advance his spiritual life with a healthy prayer life and a strong desire to read the word. Thereby giving no room to the enemy.
